YTQU80 hydraulic crawler crane is a fully-rotary, multi-truss combined by Yutong Heavy Industries upon the demand of the market. With good performance, high reliability and beautiful appearance, this crane has reached the advanced level among the similar products in China. It can be used to hoist, install and convey materials widely in metallurgy, energy, steel, chemistry and other industries.

1. The application of America Cummins electric control diesel engine which conforms to Euro III effluent standard makes available, economical and environment-friendly power source.2. Its telescopic chassis is equipped with an extensible and folding bracket, which not only enhances the stability of the chassis but also has no effect on transportation. The crawler can be directly controlled in the driver cab for extension and withdrawal when the crane travels.

3. The main hydraulic components are made in Japan Kawasaki, and the handle type pilot control method is adopted.

4. The application of semi-closed hood design makes available the beautiful appearance and the easy maintenance.

5. The speed reducer of main and auxiliary hoisting devices and derricking device as well as the drum installation are the build-in structure.

6. The main and auxiliary winches are easy to assemble and disassemble and they are alternative each other. The largest pulling force of single rope of the main and auxiliary winches is 14t.

7. The main and auxiliary hosting and derricking mechanism are equipped with the pawl locking device so that the lift boom and goods can be positioned safely and reliably.

8. The lift boom is welded by the high-strength structural pipe and the boom head consists of nylon pulley with the favorable rigidity and light weight so as to ensure the strong bearing capacity.

9. The hydraulic control system provided with the pilot control and load sensor ensures the favorable performance of fine motion and the high precision.

10. The rotary mechanism provided with the controllable free rotating function ensures the stable operation without any impact.

11. The reliable torque limiter is equipped to monitor the operation at any moment. Also, other safety devices including the rotation locking device for the turntable, anti-overturning device for the lift boom, anti-over wind and anti-over-unwind devices for the winch are equipped to ensure that the crane can work safely and reliably.

12. It is equipped with electronic combined meter, anemoscope, level gauge and winch monitoring devices to display and monitor its operation in real time so that the normal operation can be ensured.

13. The streamline vaulted vaulted driver cab with the shock absorbing connection is provided with a wide vision and beautiful appearance in which the top-grade shock absorbing seat, air-conditioning system and vehicle DVD system are equipped to largely improve the operational convenience.
